The existing rear two story building was demolished and replaced with a new 1 1/2 storey extension.

This provides a master bedroom suite, guest bedroom and bathroom at first floor with balcony and glazed gables overlooking the landscaped gardens.

At ground floor level the new extension provides large open plan living with large glazed areas allowing access onto the rear west facing terrace.
