The construction of a replacement dwelling in a modern style to suit its rural surroundings.
The existing asbestos clad 1 1/2 storey cottage was demolished and replaced with a new dwelling. The design provides a granite wing in a similar style to the existing cottage with a ground floor connection to a modern two storey building providing bedroom and garage accommodation.
