TDA were approached to design a replacement dwelling on an extremely challenging, but stunning cliff-side site, overlooking Fermain Bay. Due to the steep topography of the site, a layered form has been utilised to maximise the internal space of the dwelling whilst framing the beautiful views across the valley and Islands beyond.
