Guernsey Market Buildings

This project is part of a site that has a large amount of historical value to the island and has proven to be a subject of public interest. As a result of extensive planning and building control negotiations approval was successfully attained for works including an exterior kiosk, new public toilets located in the basement accessible via the Inner Street and Inner Street itself being remodelled. The works to the Inner Street were the latest phase of the project and incorporate a traditionally designed mezzanine which is used as an art gallery space, with the lower level having returned to its original use of market trading stalls.
