This development of two houses was shortlisted for the Design Awards and provides modern family accommodation.

TDA have been appointed to seek planning permission to construct 2 no. new units of residential accommodation on a site off St Claire Hill. In 2018, approval was granted and the client is currently in the process of construction. The dwellings were designed to take the form of the traditional agricultural buildings within the surrounding area but with a contemporary aesthetic and living spaces to suit modern family living.
