Rodley Park

This project provided apartments and dwellings within an existing residential development in the heart of St Sampsons.

Rodley Park

This project consisted of the construction of three small 2 bedroom dwellings within a small section of land within the Rodley Park site. In addition to this, TDA designed a replacement building where the existing Epworth House was located at the entrance of the site. The replacement building provides 5 apartments with associated amenity areas and car parking.
