Jason Dowinton

Jason is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 30 years experience in the local construction industry. On completion of his studies at London South Bank University, he gained a First Class Honours degree in Architectural Technology and was awarded the prestigious Lillian and Henry Stevenson prize, together with the Worshipful Company of Constructors Award for Construction in 2006.

He has worked on a variety of large Island based projects including commercial offices, multi-unit residential developments, industrial buildings and individual private houses. His expertise lies in the technical and detailed design throughout the construction phases, through to completion and delivery to the client.

He has also lectured on the BTEC Building Studies courses at the Guernsey College of Further Education passing his knowledge onto the next generation of young designers and construction managers.
